30 Bananas a Day!

for the first time tomorrow :] im new to lfrv but i think if i did a 7 - 10 day banana island it would be a great jump start to a lifetime of healthy eating :]. ill go all day 80 10 10 and ill eat plenty of fruit but at night i still crave pasta and cooked foods! :[ so im just going to make it easy for myself ( and my digestive tract) and do it. anyone with experience please comment and help me through it!

I've done at least 8 days before myself. Easy, satisfying digestion (if you know what I mean ;) was definately one of the perks.
Some options for you to keep it interesting:

Smoothies (smooth or chunky)
Mashed with fork
Chopped and topped with blended ones
frozen, then blended/processed/blank plate juiced to make icecream (I affectionately call it icedream)
And the ever popular Peel 'n Chew!

Also check out your local ethnic markets such as Asian/Hispanic stores that often carry varieties typically unseen in standard stores
