Well, September is here and the tourists have departed! I've started to really look forward to the fall now that I work in a place that is tourist-dependant. Work takes all of my energy, August has been intense. Coming home and sitting down is all I feel like doing. I'm suddenly noticing weight gain and lethargy! So up and doing some hill runs today to get started, and a walk before dinner. Tomorrow will be my first weight session, which I have been only thinking about for a couple of months now. I want to be able to eat to satiety and be free of cravings (especially working in food service) but eating as much as I want and not exercising is definitely not working! I time to gain fitness and strength so I can have that abundant energy a fruit bat's supposed to feel.
