I know this 80/10/10 is the way I should be eating, And I feel my best when I am feasting on fruits. I have been struggling the last 6 months, and feeling really crappy because of it. I am a very social person and find it really hard to eat this way around family and friends. Especially when we all go out to eat. I am 2 days now on a banana, mango feast, I am alone which makes it easier. I am feeling some detox effects right now, but know that they will soon pass. I know I am strong enough to do what is best for my body and therefor me. It is not only a matter of being over weight it is about feeling my best. Any ideas on how to handle the social aspects would be greatly appreciated.
