Sometimes it's so hard when you've got ALOT of weight to lose to stay motivated. I feel like I'm such a perfectionist that when I make a tiny mistake I throw all my good work down the drain, especially with diet. I come from a background of eating disorders but am now obese from yoyo dieting like crazy! I am so annoyed at myself and feel like I'm not getting anywhere in life because my current habits are holding me back. I'm just going to take a deep breath tonight and get an early night. I'm gonna aim tomorrow to start moving more by going for a walk in the morning and I just have to take one day at a time!
