Something wonderfull happened
After about 2 years of stuffing myself with as many fruits and other carbs as possible my body no longer wants the cooked carbs any more. One day I just started to realise how bloated I was even after a simple meal of cooked potatoes with some veggies. I especially started to realise this when I finally cut out gluten. My body now craves mostly fruit. And I'll have some nuts too but I feel those are getting heavier by the day so I think I'm going to try to stick with avocados and coconut. I am feeling so much better, the bloating dissapeared. The pain is gone. No more sleeping after a meal :) I am no longer bloated and my illness sympthoms are healing even faster. The transitioning time was long and I really needed it as well, after starving for so long. Of course when I smell delicious cooked vegan foods I still crave it(when undercarbed), but when I put it close to my nose to smell it properly my stomach gives me straight pain. This is a clear message for me. Also my joint pain is dissapearing. I don't want to hurt myself anymore. Fruits here I come!!!
