Freelee's challenge: 1 year of doing the whole shebang--diet, exercise, water, sleep, etc. Stop worrying about weight gain and the momentary ups and downs of detox. Just do it!
Meal 1: 96 oz. oj
Meal 2: 7 sm. bananas
Meal 3: Polenta (yellow corn grits) w/ broccoli, corn, nutritional yeast, mustard, Italian seasoning, salt
A handful of cilantro out of my garden
Meal 5: Black beans, salt
3311 cal. 86/4/10 C/F/P, 1643 mg. sodium
16 cups/ 128 oz.
11:00(?)-8:30 Lights out at 9:30 but was up with my husband for awhile.
Getting my kitchen nice and clean
Watching inspiring videos
White coating on my tongue upon awakening
Dark puffy under-eye circles in the morning
Lots of small bowel movements
Some pain and itching in my rectum (I think it's the polenta?)
Redness and bumpiness on forehead, nose and chin
Moderate... kinda crabby and down today.
It's just kinda hard sometimes to struggle along here, always running out of fruit and dealing with the cold weather. Though I really love my job, it is hard to balance it with my other interests, goals, and dreams, and with caring for my children. My son nursed sooo much yesterday. He's going through a growth spurt, and when I am gone the day before to work, then he nurses a lot to make up for the day before. I know I'll feel better when I get a little more fruit to eat, a little more rest, and my exercise. Exercise does wonders for my mood. It would be nice if the sun came out, too, but the forecast says not today.
I am going to do updated pictures and a summary post when I hit 60 days soon. Does anybody have any questions that they would like me to answer? I have a couple from Grape Nut and February Girl, thanks!
Also, I don't have anybody confirmed for my greens party yet. If you are able to come, I'd LOVE to see you!
