Alright I'm on day 2 and going strong! Almost pure bananas with cinnamon feeling great ... trying to make sure I satiate my glycogen stores so I don't go for something more calorie dense of course :D

WTG!!! Try to grab fruits that you can "carry" and eat. Mangoes, grapes, oranges etc.... You are soooooooo on the right track!
Thanks guys! the support helps... I'm stuck at school right now and really undercarbed... i need to get a bag to carry around my blended bananas in! lol I guess I'll just load up extra hard tomorrow :D
I had bananas and cinnamon for breakfast too! sometimes adding mangos is delicious. also a good breakfast one: try mango, banana, and fresh orange juice. super yum. :] good luck with your challenge!
