So, this is going to be a place for me to journal every day about what I ate (taking a screenshot of my cronometer would probably be best), and how I exercised/slept/felt, or anything else I feel relevant. I will just write in the comments to avoid making a million posts. The main purpose of this is to help me correct the inevitable newbie mistakes I'm bound to make. When I experience a problem I can go back here and try to figure out why it happened. If I get really lost, I will ask someone else to took at my food logs instead of saying "I do everything right, this diet just doesn't work".
guinea pig's stats:
20 years old, vegan for past 4-5 years, vegetarian for like the 3-4 years before that. 5'2", 115.8 lbs, bmi:21.2. Health problems: acne, tired all the time, have trouble falling and staying asleep, cavities, anxiety, no libido, bad posture, low blood vitamins D and B12, cellulite, combination skin (some parts too dry, some too oily), poor blood circulation (ice hands and feet), pms.
It's not the first time I'm trying to go raw but maybe this time it will stick : D I'm really excited, let's hope this works out
