Hi guys! I'm so glad to finally be a part of this wonderful community.
I love smashing in the carbs, and eating unlimited calories. Fruits and veggies are bomb, and I'm always on a vegan, plant-based diet, currently giving raw till 4 a try. I'm super happy with how I feel. However, I'm finding it difficult to eat so many calories as suggested with rawtill4. It feels uncomfortable for my body, like I'm over stuffing myself. I feel well when I'm eating less than the recommended calories. I am not trying to restrict AT ALL, I love the food I am eating and am eating as much as feels healthy to me. I don't want to have the bad feeling of over-eating. I know I'm probably not even over-eating (even under-eating based on the raw till 4 standards) but I feel good eating the amount I'm eating, about 2000 calories each day. What should I do?
