Falling off the wagon - Is Doug Graham right?

Hey fruitbats,

I started with 80-10-10 end of december2013.

The first two weeks only raw. Fruits whenever i wanted, as much as i wanted and a big salat for dinner.
I felt good and it was incredible.
NewYearsEve... cooked food and wine. Bad decision.
After that i had cooked food every evening.
Since that i feel more bloated and heavy.

Yesterday i went back to 100% RAW. Yesterday was great, but not enough food, i felt hungry.
Today woke up with no energy, tired and depressed.

Today for dinner, i was so hungry after my salat, that i ate cooked food - potato gnocchi... Very unhealthy stuff.

Now i feel frustrated.

Is Doug Graham right?

Should we eat Salat for Dinner?

Should i just stay with fruit?

I found a lot of articles here from people who just  gained weight.

WHO has lost weight and how did they do it?

I need more success stories, beside freelee and durian who are both super fit.

Guys, how can i stay motivated?

What should i do now?

I want to see results!

Im training for a marathon now and i have decided i will now run 6 days a week and do weight training 3 times a week.

Do you think this is enough?

Please support me with your success stories and your tips!

Petra, you can make smoothies with greens a few different ways.  Simplest is just put a little water in the blender (doesn't take much) and slowly blend in greens till it's thick and won't accept new greens easily.  Then add the bananas.  Or, juice(not blend) 3 or 4 apples or oranges, put in blender, then add the greens, followed by your desired fruit.   If you really want to carb up more, like Durianrider, you can add some sugar as well.

But what about DOUG GRAHAM ?

He eats only raw and works out like crazy. Im confused because of all the different infos on the web.

Do you have an success story for me?

I really want to hear from people who are also as fit as durian and freelee now!!!
Because thats my goal! I will continue until i look like freelee and have energy as she has.
I have enough time to work out, so i will go for that.

What about you? Do you also work out a lot? How many calories do you eat?

I am between 2200 and 2800 per day.

@Dennis: I live in Austria, its very cold here most of the time. 

Im training for the halfmarathon, thats quite easy, only 21km.

But i definitly need more energy.

Im sooo hungry lately, even after 12 bananas, 1 hour later hungry again.

Im so scared of getting fat or never reaching my goal. People asked me if i am pregnant! I hate that. I want my fit and slim body back!

@Chuckster: How do you do that? Do you just mix  the salat with the bananas? I have always just juiced Veggies, never made a smoothie with it. :)

You can always add greens to smoothies.  I haven't had a salad in months, but eat at least a pound of greens a day.

I am training for a marathon.  I seem to be eating less and less raw food as I am adding more miles on.  For some reason in the cold weather, I seem to lose my appetite for a lot of raw food.  I have big boxes of dates in the freezer and fridge so I am always filling up on dates, lots of rice cereal with rice milk and rice and beans for dinner.  i actually havent been eating a lot of bananas but I will probably buy a bunch.  I had a huge bag of persimmons and my mom just decided to throw them out.  She probably saw they were ripening and just assumed they were going bad or something.  Just eat lots of carbs.  Where are you from Petra?

make sure you're getting enough calories.  training for a marathon is very taxing and with all the riding durian did lately he has said he wouldn't have tried to do that much on just raw foods.

I will now just eat more fruit, also for dinner. That sounds god to me and i feel great with bananas.

Since when are you on this lifestyle and how has i changed your body?
