Just finished Durianrider's online course. It was so good and informative, I've just started back at school and it's so tiring but tonight I'm gonna organise my high carb food for the week and try to ride my bike around. I realise the amount of food I'm eating is no where near enough so that's why I think I keep falling off the wagon.
I'm gonna prepare 2 meals for each mealtime, i.e cereal then a smoothie for breakfast. That's my method to keep myself carbed up throughout the day. What I tend to do is eat a small breakfast then go to school all day and have a small sandwich, by the time I get home I binge on unhealthy animal products so I'm hoping to eat more food throughout the day so that I don't crave unhealthy food.
