I love banana island. I was at the doctor today and according to his scale I've dropped 8 pounds in 2 weeks on Banana Island.
I guess I eat about 90 percent fruit, mostly blended into smoothies but sometimes I get a hankering for a whole pineapple or half a watermelon. I eat a few raw almonds, some chia seeds, the occasional head of romaine lettuce, some kale or some carrots....
I'm never hungry. True, I don't eat 30 bananas a day. I just couldn't. But I do eat about 15 fruits per day. And I have to push myself to eat five fruits at a time sometimes. I know my body is getting enough fruit for me. In the future, as my body rejuvenates and I exercise more, I will probably eat even more fruit. For now this feels perfect.
My goal is to overcome Multiple Sclerosis with raw food. Let me know if you have success stories with overcoming MS or other Autoimmune disorders through raw food.
