30 Bananas a Day!

don't know what to call this but advice appreciated

so over the past two weeks I've been exercising nearly every day with maybe 2/3 days off a week just depending on the day. I'm doing light exercise but still working up a good sweat. I've kept my salt low, increased my water getting good hours of sleep and while i have noticed that a few of my size L tank tops are a little looser on me than they were about two weeks ago, i still don't know why I'm not having regular bms. it could be because I'm dehydrated? and I'm still cleaning out and detoxing my body maybe I've caused a lot of damage to my body and i know it takes time to heal i don't expect a major change in two weeks, but i still experience gas and bloating after every meal which is uncomfortable and i guess still with more time it will go away and get better should i just keep doing what I'm doing and results will come? i know having a 3 year eating disorder is very damaging i was near death so i know I've caused a lot of harm that will take a long time to heal

Ah!  Interesting that they did help though, hey?  It takes a long time to rebuild/re-balance gut flora, so given that they did improve things a little, if I was you I'd get straight back on them and cane them for the foreseeable future.  Even if they don't cure you completely, your body responded to them positively, which is suggestive of some sort of imbalance and room for improvement.

i don't think so PK, i don't really get sick. this past week I've had a cold but i can't remember the last time i was sick other than that. no underlying medical issues i know, but i am pushing my heaviest weight. top ten foods i eat are bananas, dates, potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers (occasionally cliff bars after my 4 am shift at my job but thats not an every day thing) i get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, I'm outside a lot so i get vitamin d so I'm not sure if I'm just not doing something right or just have to wait. 

and melinda I've taken a vegan probiotic before and while it helped a little bit i didn't notice any dramatic changes

How's your gut flora?  Bloating and gas after eating are also a sign of imbalance/gut dysbiosis - perhaps you need a good course of probiotics.

When did the problem start?  Before or after diet changes?  

Any underlying medical issues?

What are the top 10 foods you eat?  

Some of us have to eat more raw foods and keep cooked foods for emergencies and or as a treat on RT4.  Here is a list of things I share that might help.  Anything from this you can apply?

  • Daily Recipe for Long Term Success
  • Minimum Calories: Females: 2500 Males: 3000
  • Whole, raw, ripe plant foods. (ie RT4: Steam potatoes: not a bag of chips.)  
  •  ½-2 heads of lettuce greens.  (Not high oxalate kale, chard, and spinach.)
  • Get a palm of raw nuts or seeds.
  • Low fat: not no fat! (5-10% of calories average)
  • Simple meals. Rotate foods for maximum nutrient exposure.
  • Drink enough water. Urinate (almost) clear.  
  • Early nights with 8-12 hours for rest, repairs, and muscle fat burning.  Get some zzz time before midnight.
  • Exercise and resist gravity 30 minutes. 
  • Sunbathe 30 minutes for vitamin D and healthy bones and teeth.  
  • Lower stress triggers.  Stress releases weight gain hormones.  
  • lOOk Outward beyond the self. Better the planet.  Do not self flagellate.
  • Avoid comparison traps. Be your REAL self and not your social media guru's highlight reel.

Every time when eating loads of citrus I have the most movements/day.Wish you well soon.

I don't eat that much papaya, but when I do it goes through me really quickly.  I eat a ton of watermelon though.  As to water, I drink water throughout the day, but not necessarily before I eat watermelon as it is a high water content fruit.

Also, be aware that people are different.  Not everybody is going to have the same amount of movements.

I'm not sure what you are eating, but maybe you should concentrate on high water content fruits and vegetables.  Papaya and Watermelon for breakfast is an option.  They both digest quickly for me.
