so i had a really good day. i ate and ate and ate.. well i didnt eat enuff calories. at 8pm i still needed 1000 cals!! and only got half my protein today. oh well aint gonna stress over it. ill get it tomorrow. so i made a evening smoothie and hope that'll keep me from wakin up starvin. maybe i should have done nanner and date..oh well. am sooo full!!! will have to make sure tomorrow my food is more protein and calorie dense. did some yoga this morning and walked. need to fix bed, tired of wakin up w/a sore back!! keep it up girl!! u can do it!!
