so today i planned to go shopping with my aunt and cousin at tysons mall. I've only been there once and didn't know any vegan places to go to and decided to take some dates with me and just play the day by ear food wise.
so for breakfast i had 5 dates - 332 cals
gluten free pasta with tomato sauce and spinach for lunch - prob about 300/350 cals
dinner was rice with spinach and celery - about 640 cals
and then 3 cliff bars - 725
so only now have i typed everything into chronometer and it came out to be about 2000 cals, without trying to force-feed, or stuff down food to make sure i got calories in. and i didn't feel tired, i had good energy, and while this was only today i think it was interesting that i did not restrict calories at all, ate till i was full and ate what i wanted to eat and it only came to 2000 cals.
