I hit 1657 calories today. I did not reach my goal of the very least of 2000 calories. I cannot even imagine how to reach 3000 calories. What do you eat to reach that many calories. I really need to see some results as far as some energy. I am not feeling very well today, my face is breaking out, and I didn't know if this could be attributed to detoxing from the LFRV lifestyle. I realize it is going to take some time to see results especially given my past of eating disorder of anorexia, bulimia (used to take 30 laxatives a day), bingeing. I can go sometimes 3-4 weeks before I have a bowel movement. I have had only 2 since starting. If anyone has had similar problems, I would appreciate your input. I also don't know if I should exercise even though my carb calorie count is low, under 2000. Would this just decrease your calories even more? Just wondering. If you could give some advice about this, I would great appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
