Ice cream for breakfast! I love this : )
My dad called me yesterday and they're planning a block party on my home street in July. I think I'll make some nanner ice cream to share.
Morning: 4 banana ice cream, 10 small dates
Noon: Red Grapes (2.5 lbs), 30 cherries
Afternoon: 2 bananas, 1 champ. mango, 8 large dates
Dinner: 3 mini cucumbers, 3 ears of raw corn
Water: 4 L
Sunshine: 20 minutes walking
Exercise: 30 min. power walking
40 minute aerobics
I am grateful for my talents and my adaptability to situations and people.
Today later in the day I felt kind of crummy and bloated again. I looked at older pics of me when I was at my heaviest (SAD high fat/meat diet) and it made me scared that my body would go back to that after so much restriction. I read a lot of comments from previous posts about bloating and weight gain.
Can anyone shed some light on the difference between the texture of fat vs water bloat?
