One week down! Wicked. Finding it pretty easy and enjoyable.
I have lost 5kg (10lbs) which is fantastic.
I am now getting the urge to run again which I haven't had motivation for in a long time. I have even set a goal of an off road marathon for May next year.
Apart from the weight loss, the best thing I am feeling about this diet 'lifestyle' is the incressed drive and motivation. Fantastic!!
I am finding I prefer eating whole food rather than blending it. I am loving bananas and oranges right now. Can not get enough. In fact I am going to eat one right now.
