I need to be better at counting my dates and my bananas. They are all different sizes so obviously they are not all created equal? But super delicious!
So I certainly feel much more energy, my friends say my skin looks clearer and my butt seems to have gotten some lift and shape to it (before it kind of looked saggy and not so round.) Cellulite is definitely starting to clear up and my skin is getting progressively smoother and tighter.
My digestion have improved tenfold and I am getting less bloated after my meals. My pee is still yellow to a little less yellow throughout the say and I am consciously pounding down the water. I am sweating more but stinking a lot less (soon hoping to go off deodorant!).
Morning: 5 extra small bananas (3 blended and 2 chopped for banana cereal!)
Noon: 5 large bananas (2 blended into ice cream!) 1 pear
Afternoon: 3 bananas and 20 dates (the small less juicy ones), 1 lb of lychees (yay!)
Evening: lettuce, yellow peppers, shredded carrots
Exercise: jogging 45 minutes, power walking 30 minutes
I also had to stand for 3 hours at work. Does that count for anything?
SUNSHINE: 20 minutes while walking
Sleep: 9 hours
I am still retaining bloat in my inner thighs and under arms. My stomach is not as much now. Any suggestions besides drinking more water and exercising? Just curious.
I am grateful for my family who supports me with my lifestyle choices.
My jobs that let me be active and not sedentary.
