Woke up this morning, had a big cup of OJ- then went on a run! I went with my friend Alison, and we did the same 4.5 miles that I did yesterday. It was awesome- we were averaging 11 min/mile, which for me is really good, and we sprinted up hills. I ran the last 2 miles barefoot too, which always feels awesome. Now I need to make sure that I get in more calories today. I probably should shoot for 2500-3000 calories today.
I am going to visit my grandparents today in Toms River, NJ. I have already prepared all of my food for the day. I've got 8 bananas, mango basil dip with some veggies for dipping, apple carrot date "sandwhiches", and 5 frozen bananas with blueberries to make some banana icecream. I put all that into CRON-O-Meter and it says it will be about 3500 calories. Now I just need to manage to eat all that food!
