i forgot to post this yesterday...
and YES! i finally started to feel better.
i finished my day with YOGA and it felt so different. STRONG. yes!
in retrospect, i might have pushed myself too hard to eat 2500cal. and also, to achieve it, i had been eating continuously throughout the day.
from now on, i will try to eat 3 times a day and then try as much as i can not to eat from 8pm to 8am.
my skin is FANTASTIC. it feels so soft and smooth when i touch it, like baby's skin!
i hope some dark spots on my skin get lighter sometime in the future.
my body also looks smaller, more toned.
my struggle, which started WAY before my banana island, is sleep. i cannot sleep continuously till morning. and often i eat, which seems to help to fall back asleep.
anyway, i am happy that i finally started to feel GOOD.
two more days! i still think about vegetarian sushi and brows internet looking at them.. ha ha ha...
