Day 444 - SO MUCH ENERGY!!!! Affecting my Sleep!

Today is Day 444 and I am experiencing so much energy!  This is a really great thing for me.  I could barely walk to purchase clothes for my ill body a year ago, and now I am bouncing off the walls.  Yes this is good!  BUT......it is now affecting my sleep.  For the last 4-5 days, I have been experiencing difficulty sleeping.  Since coming to 30bad, I have been able to fall asleep within 5-10 minutes, now I lay there for up to 30-50 minutes.  Last night, I ended up running in place trying to get rid of the energy.  I felt like I needed to MOVE!  So, I was only going to jog in place for 10 minutes and it turned into 8,000 steps, which equates to roughly 3 miles of jogging in my bedroom!!  lol!  I still had energy!  I had even been cleaning the house off and on all day long. 

When I woke up this AM, I was very hungry.  Maybe I am not getting enough food and my body is again demanding more calories.  I just cannot imagine I need MORE!  I still have slowed digestion and still look like I have a full meal in my belly in the AM.  I have been eating my last meals around 6:00pm and eating big, around 1,100 calorie meal. 

Do not get me wrong, I LOVE the energy!  This just puzzles me, though, as my sleep has been very consistent since day 1 of HCLFV.

Sleep when you are sleepy, get up when refreshed. When I was so very young and 100% raw for a few years, I averaged 2 1/2 hours of sleep a night, and was high energy till I "dropped" each day. Very occasionally, slept 6 hours, not even once a week. Was not sleep deprived...thou I was only 25 years old....and hoping to meet Dr. Norman Walker.
(Do not procrastinate things like that, especially if the person you want to meet is over 115 years old)

Bingo! ;)  With more energy comes more activity and a need to increase calories.  If you are having trouble sleeping you know you need to add more calories.
