30 Bananas a Day!

Ok so its day 4 bananas. I am really starting to feel the benefits today! I have so much energy- jogged for much longer than usual this morning, biked, hiked into a nature reserve with a friend today and had a beautiful swim. Nothing like mountains water amongst the trees and rocks...*sigh* I love this place :)
I'm on to the organic bananas now! Gosh they taste like heaven.
had an 11 narna smoothie for brekkie
8 nanas for lunch
3 nana smoothie (one frozen, two normal) for a snack
and 4 nanas just then. Thats 26 so far. They were a little smaller, so thats my excuse for having so many n still wanting more!
In a bit I will have dinner: a cos lettuce, some celery and some more ba nay nays!

Last night I found that I have been confirmed as a summercamp leader in the US from June 21st to August 22. Wow! Its in the mountains near Pennsylvania. Home I can find enough fruit in bulk once a week to store for myself in the kitchen there! I'm so excited, theres a lake to swim in and fun to be had and its such an adventure. I've never been overseas. Im going to go to LA beforehand, to look at some manuscripts at UCLA. Oh the planning I have ahead of me lol.

Shared so much amazing stuff, spiritual talk, chatting, emersion in LIFE today with my friend. Loving these feelings. Bananas aren't so bad ;)

Hey Sam, its Its NEW JERSEY CAMP JAYCEE, the closest city is apparently Stroudsburg, PA, which is 20 miles away, the actual camp is in Effort, PA and the camp is located in the Pocono Mountains.
Do u know of it? Its a special needs camp, I believe.

What camp are you working at? I went to a summer camp in New York on the border of Pennsylvania for 10 years and I'm familiar with a lot of Pennsylvania camps. I've also made a lot of friends that were counselors from Australia.

I'm planning on running 2 hours on the trails from Glenbrook in the morning but I have to leave at 4am to get back for the kids. I usually cover around 25-28km in 2 hours.

I'm just wrapping up day 5 and I feel great. I think I'm gonna leave out the greens though...they're causing some very mild irritation (due to the colitis). The avocado went down swimmingly (only had one since the start). So Jess, what island are we traveling to next? I'd like to do oranges for a week or two but I'm not sure if that'll be okay with the colitis...

Your inspiring me to ditch those other fruits and explore banana island. I have already had some interesting comments like "is that all you eat?". Ha, ha to them!!

I'm jealous of your run and swim. My running friend also went for a swim after our run today at Glenbrook Gorge while I was stuck at work and I would have loved to have joined him for a cool down soak.

Sounds like bananas are really working for you.
