I woke up this morning and I felt 10000000000 times better then what I did yesterday! Yesterday was brutal compared to today! I have had heaps and heaps of energy all day and have this bizzare but yet amazing feeling of lightness? Does everyone experience this?
Yesterday I was craving all sorts of weird and wonderful well not so much wonderful - kinda well foods I may have considered wonderful 3 days ago.. lol.. BUT I did not give in to the temptation! Yay go me!!
I'm having blood tests tomorrow to check iron and b12 levels considering I hadn't had that done in like forever, so I decided tomorrow sounds like a good day so I stay healthy and my beautiful bod get everything it needs! :)
Just a quick question what is everyone thoughts on exercise, how much should I be doing?! More weights more cardio? Whats the deal?
