I havent been exercising every day like I have planned nor have I been getting sleep lately since my grams stroke. I try to atleast get in around 100 pushups everyday (not 350 like I was planning on for this week). Its tough when your getting around 4 hours of sleep at night from juggling work and spending time with her.
So I have devised a new plan. The mass amount of pushups have given me a lot of results within the last 24 days. I am more defined than I was before and feel better about myself. I am still not where I want to be but I have many moons ahead of me in my life.
My new plan is to... actually I dont know lol. I do know I was doing 2 second pushups (one second down one second up) and now I am doing 5 second pushups (four seconds down one second up). I cant do nearly as much as I Could before but that is a given.
Magic Seven work out routine (Matt Furey)
50 Standard pushups
25 standard pushups-elbows in
50 Eagle ab workouts
15 Planche pushups (legs on floor, in training to do full)
50 Leg and arm scissors
25 Hindu Pushups
100 Hindu Squats
18 10 Second Headstand Holds
And some random other varietions not decided.
One day this week I will focus on 200 5 second pushups.
