today i ate: breakfast: 1 small melon, 2 kiwi fruit, 5 nanas, lunch 7 apples and greens put through my hand blender/juicer, 2 nanas, evening, salad of courgette, tomato, cucumber, apple, celery. 1800 cals
cals a bit down on 2000, but not badly so.
very hot again today, :-). in it a bit too much, so feel a bit sun touched/headachy. i had a bad night sleep last night, so been a bit lower energy than yesterday, but still better than i have been. i liked the mono orange day i had yesterday, so when i put in next weeks order i'm going for ALOT of oranges. they tasted like liquid sun :-))
i've been talking a bit with the people i live with about diet etc, its summer solstice coming up and various people are giving up various things (coffee, cigarettes). i don't think they realised the difference between high fat gourmet raw and 811. there was an article in the Independent (newspaper) about a raw restaurant in London, and the guy said basically all recipes had to have fat in, otherwise people wouldn't eat them. the journalist was astounded how complicated the recipes were, and was really put off raw food because of this. oh for an 811 'restaurant'... and how simple it would be :-))
i bounced on the trampoline, am trying to do that every day, and already i'm feeling stronger on it.
