30 Bananas a Day!

Forgot to post the day Two and Three.

I have been feeling really tired... grouchy. Not only I started the diet and probably starting to go through bit of detox, I also am in my menstrual cycle... cramps on top of bit of nausea, light headed, headache, craving, mood swings. It is not fun... but I know it is temporary and once my body gets used to it I will feel better then ever!

Day two.

I had almost 1500kcal... trying to increase the amount...

But I had avocado because my cravings were really bad... I cheated but not really...

I walked over the bridge for an hour.

Day Three

Got up 6:15am.

Packed breakfast and Lunch.

Walked over the bridge an hour before work.

I had about 1400kcals.

I cheated and had a little bit of cooked vegetable.

I felt really tired and grouchy today...

I can't seem to eat enough fruit and veggie to keep my cravings off..

It has been really hard but I am going to keep it up.

And my starting weight was 169lbs.

You will not be able to sustain this diet if you do not start eating more calories.

When I first started, I could not eat more than a few bananas at a time, or a few oranges.  The secret is to eat very calorie-dense fruits until your stomach expands.  You can do this by eating dates.

Try eating 3 or 4 smoothies per day, and then eat your salad at night.  Blend 5-10 dates with a little water, then add a cup of frozen fruit and a little more water, blend again, then add 3-4 bananas (gradually start adding more bananas).  It will take you a long time to drink your smoothie...don't be surprised if it takes you an hour.  But if you start doing this, your stomach will expand, you will get enough calories (get at least 2500), and you will not have cravings anymore.

This was me too when I first started. Don't get in my way cuz Imma read you off, I was tired fatigued, blood sugar was up and down, so was blood pressure, it took me 2 and a half weeks to level off but after making sure I had at least 2200 calories a day! Good luck and have fun with this diet even when it seems hard, go online to youtube and listen to freelea, fully raw Kristina, or megan (easytoberaw), their recipes keep me inspired and there words keep me aware of what damage I could do If I turn back!
