  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

Dinner

  • salad
  • 1 hour later: banana icecream

Breakdown: 89/6/5

 

Feelings: In the morning I was super tired (probably because of my bad day yesterday), but I really started packing on the calories, and throughout the day I really started to feel better. This is the most calories I've ever eaten in one day! But I feel really great. I didn't have any bloating or stomach issues all day. Hopefully tomorrow I will be super energized!
