today i ate: breakfast: orange juice from 8 oranges, smoothie of 5 nanas, 2 apples, 1 pear, some greens, lunch 7 apples/greens pulped in my hand blender, dinner, zucchini pasta and tomato and basil sauce with 2 nori sheets added (3 toms, 1 zucchini, half a cucumber, 4 sticks celerly, half a red pepper, basil). 1900 cals
better energy today. though still pretty wiped. for anyone following this blog this is a very standard day for someone with CFS. i'm tired. haven't done very much. sleepy, off to bed! little bit of pottering round my room, time on the computer, food prep time (where most of my energy goes), time with my youngest.
i've decided that i'm going to try to maintain 2000 cals for the next week. and once i've done that and feel ok, then i'll try upping it. my experiment with 2500 cals/2300 cals is that this causes me lots of gut pain, and i have to physically force the food into me. it hurts. so i'm going to up my cals gradually. starting by maintaining 2000 cals.
i weighed myself today, am going to only weigh once a week, tues mornings if possible. i am 120.4 lb, body fat 27.8%
anyone know how to lower bodyfat?
i've lost 2 lb since last tuesday.
i need the sun to come back !!!!!!!!!!!
