Terrible pain in pelvic area this am while drinking water and while eating. Idk what it is.
Got period and it's really hurting. All I want to do is cry and go home and sleep. Probably from eating avocado(increased overt fats) lately and eating so many dates. Not continuing with that. Just want watermelon.
Almost caved in and took a Midol because the pain was so terrible, but instead I walked around campus for an hour. Was going to try to workout, but too much pain.
Lips itchy and chapped. Acne still bad. Trying to get lots of water in to help, but failed today because I was in so much pain.
Had a mango, then romaine, tomatoes, corn, lemon, basil, and dill for dinner. Pelvic area hurts and itches on the outside like there are a ton of toxins in there. And, tmi, but clots of blood are coming out, not just a flow. It hurts worse than any period I've ever had. I just don't want to eat anything or do anything because I'm scared of the pain it might cause.
3.5L water, 8 bananas, 20 honey dates, 16oz naked mango drink, coconut water, 1 mango, 10 grape tomatoes, 5 soaked sundried tomatoes, 2 ears corn(trying to use it up to not waste), 1/2 lemon, basil, dill.
Yesterday: ate some medjools and throat swelled. Figured out that I need to drink a heck of a lot of water to be able to eat dates. I really need to eat a lot of watermelon this weekend.
