I'm scared. I'm honestly scared. I can't tell if I'm getting fat or just gaining weight from water or both. I know this takes time and I know that I am not feeding myself to 3000+ cals that I "should" be eating. But I'm just plain scared.
This reasoning goes against everything I was made to believe. I also hear about people losing their hair and horror stories of people who have dine this lifestyle longterm and got really sick. I am not suggesting I go back to SAD or cooked vegan per se, but something that is flexible and less deficient in b12 and other nutrients and not as many calories.
I need some advice please : (
