30 Bananas a Day!

I'm scared. I'm honestly scared. I can't tell if I'm getting fat or just gaining weight from water or both. I know this takes time and I know that I am not feeding myself to 3000+ cals that I "should" be eating. But I'm just plain scared.


This reasoning goes against everything I was made to believe. I also hear about people losing their hair and horror stories of people who have dine this lifestyle longterm and got really sick. I am not suggesting I go back to SAD or cooked vegan per se, but something that is flexible and less deficient in b12 and other nutrients and not as many calories.


I need some advice please : (

i read some of your comments, you are not eating enough, you are going to fall off of the diet or worse. 4 bananas is not a meal, nor is 8 dates, you are under carbed and your emotions are getting the best of you. You need to go to the store and buy a 40 pound case of bananas, preferably organic and dates to hold you over until the bananas have time to ripen. For starters, double your intake of food, if you have to blend it, blend it.

I agree! I sub-lingual b-12 and feel amazing. You wont get fat from fruit, unless you don't eat enough and binge on cooked food or fatty food. You won't gain weight, eat enough and get outside and exercise. I have so much energy after my 5:15 meal that I want go for a jog or lift weights! imagine that, the energy to get off my chair! Also hydrate! Water all day and evening until you are peeing atleast 10 times a day. Each time you get up to pee is tecnically exercise.

If you're concerned about b12, go buy a sublingual and take it, no worries with toxic reactions.  There is no food that has lots of B-12.  What other nutrients are you worried about being deficient of?


People lose their hair when they under eat or it happens naturally to some men.
