Have been really busy with school and haven't had much time for anything besides it. Will probably only be posting weekly updates now because of it.
Been a rough week for my lips, acne, and digestion. My lips have gotten really chapped, raw, and feel burnt even though they're not. My acne has broken out on my face and all over my body. I even have itchy bumps on my face. My tummy has been really gassy and just not feeling right.
Also, my allergies have been terrible and my throat, tongue, and mouth have been itchy and swollen.
Now, after a whole week and some dealing with this, I finally realized that there are 4 major changes that I have made to my 811 food intake: dates(super gooey), avocado(1/4-1/2 for dinner), lemon(1/2 used in salad dressing), and raw organic corn(1 ear used in salad dressing). Gooey dates have never cause me problems, so those can be ruled out. Avocado and corn are the two suspects, with corn being the main one since it's not sweet and very starchy. Will be cutting it out to see if my body makes any improvements. Such a bummer though since I was having lots of fun making salad dressings with it. Will have to figure out different recipes.
Did weight training and cardio 4x this week. School wears me out.
Have been eating 2500-3000 cals/day from bananas, gooey Bautista dates, greens, some avocado, corn, and lemon(used for salad dressings, but not much). Drinking 3-4.5L water per day. Not getting enough sleep :( College has really thrown me for a loop. I really don't like it. Don't have time for anything.
