30 Bananas a Day!

today i ate: breakfast 2 small melons, 2 mangoes, smoothie of 3nanas and 2 apples. lunch of smoothie of 6 kiwi fruit, 2 apples, 1 nana, handful of greens, 5 nanas eaten whole. dinner of raw soup of 5 tomatoes, 4 sticks celery, half a cucumber, half a zucchini. 2300 cals.

still feels like ALOT of food lol

today i woke up early 7ish with energy, so after drinking water as i do every morning, i danced for 10 mins. that felt like a real workout! then had breakfast. still feeling like i was digesting from the previous night. but it seemed like really upping my cals brought me more energy this morning despite the discomfort. after breakfast i went for a walk with my eldest daughter, the usual route, but we walked up the hill in the middle for the view. it was bucketing rain as usual, but very lovely.

back for lunch. well i really struggled with this smoothie, wont be making it again. it was the kiwi fruit i think, still having a problem with them. anyway it took me about 2 hours to eat lunch lol!! today i was trying to get most of my calories in during the morning and early afternoon, so i wouldn't have the distended stomach of last night.

a restful afternoon, then a small walk with my lovely and my youngest daughter (who is also lovely). the rain has stopped! back home to feel like i've overdone the exercise a bit... tired... made an evening soup (v yummy) and am now sat in bed eating it and writing this. its 7 pm, and i'm really hoping that my digestion will be better tonight.

the kids are in the kitchen making a roast dinner, but i'm really not tempted at all. the smell is delicious though. my sense of smell is just soooo acute these days. and i'm enjoying smelling cooked without having to taste.

there is sooo much fruit in our orchard, plums, apples, pears, currants... and the strawberries are just about coming into season :-))) this year we are going to have to support the trees, the branches are so laden, there is a danger that they will break.

so... crash wise... this is a good recovery i think. lots more energy today,
