today i ate: breakfast 2 small melons, 2 mangoes. lunch 5 apples, mid afternoon, green smoothie of 6 nanas, 1 apple, lots of greens, evening, green smoothie of 6 nanas, 1 apple, lots of greens. about 2500 cals (DR has really recommended that i up my calories)
i feel that all i've done today is eat lol! especially as i didn't get up til 12, and its 7.30 now and i'm on my way to bed soon. will try not to be sick, but heck, this stomach training lark is a bit mad!!!
today in the UK its... drumroll... grey and bucketing rain. lady, you did a good move there escaping to australia. and its cold. when i'm on a crash/recovering i often feel really cold. so i caved in today, well it was either go to bed for the whole day with a hot water bottle, or crank my burner up, build my temporary sauna tent... and sweat. i've seen enough of my bed to last a lifetime, so the sauna it was. i'm writing this in it actually, though have opened one side as its just soooo hot.
another little interesting snippet on the 811rv journey... as well as stopping toothpaste, it seems i don't need soap anymore either. just not smelling in the usual places. water does the job nicely.
maybe that will all change as my CFS recedes, i start exercising and SWEATING. who knows, but i love this journey.
i realised that i leave out that i am taking a daily B12 supplement. i have had B12 problems in the past, and it was NOT NICE. like early alzheimers. with lots of clumsiness. and disorientation. so... i supplement. wish i didn't have to, but i'm not taking any chances. this is the only supplement i take. no teas, no herbs, just water and what's in my blog.
re 'crash' recovery, well today, again is pretty slow. though i managed a couple of hours room clearing in the morning. brain still not fully working (my lovely bf hates me like this, as i just spout insensitive crap... so he's avoiding me a bit till i work it out lol). i feel tired, but not so crashed that i have to go to bed with the lights out, great improvement. sometimes crashes take weeks to recover from. i'd probably be doing better as well if there was some sun to go and lie in.
i started bleeding on my monthly cycle yesterday, spot on 26 days again... regular as a metronome, its funny. no pain, hardly any pms type irritation, no warning. very bright red, not much, i just use an old cut up t-shirt to catch it, only change these once a day. i've always been light... but since raw experimentation, i'm even lighter.
well phew, didn't think that i'd write that much.
i'm going to go no overts until my digestion settles down. whenever that is! had dodgy digestion since i was a little kid. be nice to not have it lol.
i'm slightly worried about upping my calories and putting more pressure on it (literally!!!).
but be positive eh! staying raw is easy! and raw is real easy on my digestion. hurrah.
