Good morning everyone,
sorry I skipped yesterday. Now that I am doing the Banana Girl challenge on FB it is hard to maintain 2 blogs. However I really want to keep this one going since this will be my long term journal of my progress.
I am really working hard to get more water into my day. I woke up this morning and had just about 1 litre of water before breakfast. I'm having a half litre for lunch. And I'll have another half litre for dinner.
I have been so tired lately! Man I really hope it is just from detoxing. I went to bed at 9:30 last night. Thankfully the acne is calming down. I can't wait to be done detoxing.
So I had a small slip up tonight. I had eaten about 1500 calories before I went out at around 6. I didn't get back unit 8:30 and was really hungry, so I made myself a salad. I really felt like I needed some extra fat, so I put half an avocado and a handful of black olives in the salad (not so bad)... but then I was still really hungry, so I ate the rest of the avocado and a few more olives. That probably brings me to like 15% fat for the day. I feel kind of bad for letting myself slip. :( Oh well, tomorrow's another day.
