30 Bananas a Day!

Monday, Day 105, Raw Fruitarian. i ate very well today. i have to look up what food category chives are in, i would guess they are an herb. Well, they really added a nice zest to my dinner today. What a great blessing that they grow all over my yard and the neighborhood! i tell you the truth, one of life's great pleasures (at least for me), is a satisfying meal. Especially after a hard day. i am so happy that i am at the point where a bowl of non-sweet fruit with no salt is extremely satisfying to me. i still use herbs obviously, but getting off the salt is huge for me at this time. Here are todays meals:

Breakfast:
9 valencia oranges, 2 mangos. (803 calories)

Lunch:
10 valencia oranges, 2 bananas, 3/4 of a pineapple (973 calories)

Dinner:
Large non-sweet fruity salad with banana-avocado sauce. (1043 calories)

Exercise: 4 mile power walk.

Hey Peter,

Thats great! Indeed, your body will tell you when you are not getting enough calories. Besides the cravings you will get because you are hungry. As i have noticed fruitbatanne and RB, in time it appears that the body will become cleaner and much more efficient. That reduces the amount of caloric intake needed over time. If that is the case, i want it to happen naturally. i don't want to force anything, but eat as much as i want until i am satisfied, knowing that i need a certain amount of calories as a minimum. For me, its about 2500-2800 at this point. i feel really good when i get this minimum. The good thing is, if i eat over that (which i have been blessed to do), there is no issues in my system. Its cool not to have to worry about overeating.

Todd,
Thanks for keeping your blog going. It's always good for me to see what your eating.
I came across some decent cantaloupes recently, so that has been a good start for the day.
And, yes the valencia oranges have been another staple.
Currently my target has been 2700 calories, and I've reached that four days in a row now. There were a couple of days last week where I fell well under that, and I didn't feel well.
