today i ate:
morning: 1 small melon, 5 kiwi fruit, late morning: 2 ripe juicy pears, late lunch: smoothie of 3 bananas and half a pound of greens/celery, dinner smoothie of 2 bananas and half a pound of greens/celery.
total cals: about 1250
state of my gut: totally stuffed, lots of noise, gas, etc!
i put my food out in the morning for the day, something i've started doing so that i make sure that i get enough. but just couldn't eat it all today. i left out one 'meal', which would have been a salad of cucumber, red pepper, courgette. this should have taken me up to about 1600, which is what i'm aiming for, as i'm pretty small and sedentary.
but my tummy said otherwise
i really wanted to make an effort with greens, after starting a thread about them.
so will watch out for cravings tomorrow, and lots of sweet juicy fruit for me tomorrow morning :-)
my daughter came to stay again today. she's so 'green', came on the train and cycled 8 miles in the heat. pretty much as soon as she got here we decided to take the tandem down to the river and have a dip, which is what we did. wow it was so lovely, and so cold! at one point we sat in the (small) rapids... it was just like having a natural jacuzzi!
my energy seems to be shifting, and when i'm 'up' i seem more manic (or so says my daughter). i'm happy and bouncy and lively. wow. i love 811 so much :-)))
still resting regularly though, but soooo good that things are changing
another little change, i've stopped using toothpaste. this just happened naturally yesterday. this is a big thing for me, my teeth are important! but i just didn't feel like it. that's never happened before.
i'm tired tonight, so that's all for now. hopefully catch you all tomorrow. this blog is not the most exciting but it seems to be keeping me on track :-)))
