Today, my fruit is apples. I have lots and lots that I get for free at work.
OH-just got a promotion at the day job, I'm out of the kitchen and now managing a deli. The 30% pay increase was rad, I like being able to provide nice things and the best food ever to myself.
The thyroid supplement program I put myself on is really helping everything! Energy, movement, digestive fire, sleep pattern, appetite, mental clarity. All by just taking 1.5 mg of iodine from kelp per day, and 1000mg L-tyrosine (an amino acid). Normally, iodine thyroid supplements are at least 12 mg, so I'm trying to slowly build to maybe 3-4 mg per day.
Alright, it's 5pm and I haven't eaten since breakfast, so I'm off to have more apples, plus some zucchini and greens!
