So, today is day one! I picked up some medjool dates yesterday! I soaked 15 overnight, for a date paste, but my blender was being unfaithful, so I ended up making... dah dah dah DUNNNNNN ...!... Datorade!
I'm not sure what to count the calories as, though... 60? on the package it says 70?
Worst case scenario, I got 900 calories for breakfast :)
Even with just the raw Bfast and Lunch the past few days, my skin looks so nice! It was clear already, but, I'm not sure what's different, but I like it ^_^
