breakfast 4 bananas, water, 10 dates
lunch 3 bananas, 1 pear, 10 dates
dinner 1 papaya, 1 massive salad of spinach, sweetcorn, onion, basil, olives, celery.
i feel fine, not sure how many calories right now... bearing in mind i have done no excercise whatsoever apart from walking back and forth to the shop to pick up reduced organic goodies...!! going to do some yoga and get some sweet dreams in early..
