It has been a week + since I posted due to home rennovations! We are pretty much done. Thank God! Anyways, I am proud of my self today. I stuck to the plan, and felt satisfied. No cravings! I am surprised because I am currently on my period!

Just played with my two year old today

Skin appears more clear on face despite cleansing with water only (little bit of break out on the forehead)
Little bit of gas after my apple lunch - not at all bad!
Feelings of peace
I am very happy with how today went. I would love to fit in a work out tommorow. However, I still have a little painting to do around the home.
My shake was so yummy this AM!!! I also made my lunch with different types of apples ( golden delicious, granny smith, pink lady, etc) which was fun! I may peel them before eating tommorow - but it was just so easy to make a fruit bowl and eat from it during the day. Then I made the OJ while my son watched tv, and I made/ate my salad after he was off to bed. No problems!!! Easy!

On a roll...can't wait to wake up and drink my shake in the morning!
