30 Bananas a Day!

Hot weather is just around the corner here. I have about 10 more pounds to go, got to turn it up a notch. Zero fat today, day isn't over but after I finish eating half this watermelon I'm going to the kitchen to tidy up, fill up my water bottle and be done in there. I'm pretty bad for late night snacking and of course its never on fruit. I've had so much fruit today so hopefully that'll keep me away from the kitchen later on.
I've had lots of red grapes and cherries, almost half a watermelon and some dehydrated banana.
After this rest day I'm going get back to my work out routine tomorrow. I just want it to stop raining for awhile so I can do some sprinting up the hill... Its nice right now but the weather channel says rain tomorrow.. and I dont want to run in the rain, don't like it.
My work out routine has been mostly total body work outs, lots of squats, squats with weights. I so badly want to be able to do a pull up and chin up so I have been working with resistance bands trying to activate some muscle in my upper back (lat pull downs/seated row/rear delt fly) Frustrating because I usually feel it in my arms and shoulders before I can feel any thing in my back.
The sprinting should help with some faster weight loss.

Staying away from the fats completely makes a huge difference eh! I Did it last summer.
Its the later in the day snacking that gets me no where. The phyllium husk idea isn't bad. I happen to have some in the pantry from when my boyfriend was sick. I'm going to give that a try thx! Do you mix that with just water? Before I ate the watermelon tonight I ate some dehydrated banana.. I dont think I waited long enough before having the watermelon.oooooo... I'm pretty cramped right now which sucks but at the same time I definitely dont want anything to eat :P lol
Today was my rest day and I always eat way more on my rest days than I do on my work out days. Its backwards for me. I'm not sure why this is lol.

Its always the last few pounds right, its where you gotta make changes somewhere to get to your goal. I have been stuck at this point for almost a year now which makes me want to get to my goals so bad. :)

Keeping away from the fat will definitely shed the weight in no time.about a pound a day on the scale..(water weight maybe? but who cares. the weight will come off if you nix those overt fats! I am with ya honey. I am in the same boat about eating at night..what may help you (but I am not really sure) is that if you take some phyliium husk it will aid in the feeling of being full. b/c of the finer expansion) it may just be the notch you are seeking. Working out is great, but is not always the answer to weight loss b/c it makes you so much hungrier. If you are at the beginning stages, workout less and play more. It is mostly about the food when it comes to weight loss. The muscle you get from exercise will help speed up your metabolism, but not enough if you are eating bad food. You will likely just be more hungry. If you start out will little exertion, you will find yourself Less hungry.. and then a week into it you could start kicking up your exercise routine..hope this helps? We seem to have similar struggles.
