Hot weather is just around the corner here. I have about 10 more pounds to go, got to turn it up a notch. Zero fat today, day isn't over but after I finish eating half this watermelon I'm going to the kitchen to tidy up, fill up my water bottle and be done in there. I'm pretty bad for late night snacking and of course its never on fruit. I've had so much fruit today so hopefully that'll keep me away from the kitchen later on.
I've had lots of red grapes and cherries, almost half a watermelon and some dehydrated banana.
After this rest day I'm going get back to my work out routine tomorrow. I just want it to stop raining for awhile so I can do some sprinting up the hill... Its nice right now but the weather channel says rain tomorrow.. and I dont want to run in the rain, don't like it.
My work out routine has been mostly total body work outs, lots of squats, squats with weights. I so badly want to be able to do a pull up and chin up so I have been working with resistance bands trying to activate some muscle in my upper back (lat pull downs/seated row/rear delt fly) Frustrating because I usually feel it in my arms and shoulders before I can feel any thing in my back.
The sprinting should help with some faster weight loss.
