Today, I had not managed to get my fruit intake.
Poor planning - nobody to blame but my lack of experience.
I had 4 clementines, 1 last ripe banana and a handful of raisins.
The rest of my bananas will be fully ripe in one or two days.
So I ate what I could find: lentils, beans and sweet corn. And some Brussels sprouts.
Also, I had a glass of rice milk and oat bran.
The caloric ratio was 77% carbs -13% protein -10% fat : 2000 kcal.
I learned my lesson.
Buy MORE fruit!
