I drink loads of living coco water. As in I collect cocos and drink them myself... I find them so refreshing in the AM. I call it my internal shower :)
In the comments on a recent DR video some people were saying that coco water is to high in fat...and wanted to hear your thoughts on the nutrient breakdown of coco water and if any of you also feel it is too high in fat? Also, your thoughts on drinking coco water during endurance training?
