I was having major cravings for a hummus wrap yesterday, so I decided to try to make myself something savory, some heirloom tomatoes, mashed with some avocado and a bit of chives and cilantro. I ate that on some mushroom caps and mixed with arugula. In the past I enjoyed eating raw mushrooms from time to time, but yesterday it started really grossing me out and when I was done and this morning, I'm feeling gross and smelly from the chives, I think. Yuck.
I probably should have just ate a couple bananas.
At least I stayed on track, and now I know!
I think this summer is the summer I will be successful in making the leap to lfrv. I discovered this idea fall of last year and had a good streak then and then again in January, but got off track February through June.
Hopefully during that same time next year, I'll be enjoying dates. :)
