Approx. two weeks ago I ate some sun dried tomatoes with salt. I didnt now there was salt in it until next day when I woke up with swollen face on could not practice yoga bc my body felt so tired.
Next day I felt better and I thought that this is it.
But just yesterday I have noticed that I must have been carrying some extra weight/water from this salt on my body bc after some more intense exercises than usual (walking in the mountains) my belly looks more like normal belly (not pregnant belly ;)) I can see my muscles once again :) And it is just smaller!
I didnt know that my body can keep this water for so long time if I dont sweat.
