avo and durian are the best digesting fats. i eat em for about 3 months each of the year. i can eat fresh local durian everyday when in malaysia but i cant do it with avocado. i stagger my avo consumption over the week. as an athlete that trains hard, i find eating over 10% of my cals from fat in a month has a negative effect.
sendentary people have the hardest time digesting fats. hence why they struggle even more energy wise that athletes. as ALL fat must pass thru the lymph system and the MAIN way the lymph gets activated is EXERCISE..
so i only eat overt fats when im doing hard training. and keep em minimal even then..
