I just recently came to the HCRV lifestyle and I'm in love with it already! I feel so good all the time, it's even affected my mood and my happiness! The only problem is, I eat 3 bananas and I'm full already. That sucks. Because I see an entire bushel of bananas and I want to gobble them all up! but today I FELT full after only three. I'm scared if I'm not getting enough calories in my diet every day that I will GAIN wait and lose all of my lean muscle mass. :( I need some serious advice. HOW can I train myself to eat large quantities of fruit and more specifically HOW MUCH fruit do I need to be consuming every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? If I were to eat grapefruit for one meal, how many should I eat and so on and so forth. Help me out??
