30 Bananas a Day!

Time to hit the gym everyday! Starting next week. Well, not everyday.. I need one day rest! My goal is to gain more muscles naturally- the vegan way and 80% raw. I want to keep eating my beans and ezekiel's bread~ These are the only foods that are not raw.

Thanks guys!! I am trying my best to get at least 80g of protein.

I wish you luck Eddie.  Bodybuilding is so much better when the muscle that you gain helps to promote veganism rather than helps to promote the idea that you have to eat a dozen egg whites, a pound of steak, a pound of fish, and 3 pounds of chicken a day in order to get half of the protein that you need and that you then have to take protein shakes throughout the day to get the other half.

ahh...that's what I used to keep eating on high raw. Sprouted beans and Ezekeil bread! lol...I also had a little tempeh for sandwitches.  I still am having some sprouted beans every other day because I really enjoy them. I eat them plain tho on their own.

 

Also, have you seen http://www.youtube.com/user/RawFoodVeganSungazer him?

He is also doing high fruit. I think he mentions 811. Anyway, I've actually been seeing better results when I add MORE rest in...sometimes I work a spceific muscle group again after 5 days of rest and I improve on my work out :) I've been adding in recently sprints and cycling in between and not much rest for my body and i think this has backed up my process with weight lifting i think. I'm still experimenting :)  Trainer said a few days ago he noticed more muscle growth on me :)
