30 Bananas a Day!

My results came back iron very low ,protein gone down,glucose low,blood pressure too low. sadly an have been blackin out . evn though i was taking iron tablets .and a multivitamin.   unfortunately everyth dropping. the weakness and fatigue is indescribable and the fainting scarey. I do believe this lifestyle works for many others but not me ,unless somebody has an idea?

I am just seeing this thread. Have you tried mono eating for 4+ days? I have malabsorption issues/leaky gut and get relief when I eat only bananas for a week and then grapes for 4 days. Each time I mono eat, I see improvements. I felt very lightheaded when I started this way of eating. My fats were only around 5%. I had to increase them to 11% here and there. Lightheadedness went away. Hope this helps!!

I know is normal, I lost it too, but it is not normal that your blood sugar is low that means that u are not absorbing as much as you should from your gut, and probably you are loosing more weight than you should, because you are not absorbing all the nutrients you need.

its normal to lose weight on this lifestyle . but my iron has gone down ,my blood pressure is low n blood sugar.

yes im became well enough to walk after starting to see the naturopath few yrs ago.thankyou for all advice

ok, but I still insist maybe eating raw food that have protein content like nuts is not a good idea, if your gut doesn't tolerate proteins you shouldn't consume them, because they are just causing inflammation in your gut and destroying it which won't let you absorb other nutrients as carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals you need, that is why you are fainting , have low blood sugar, loosing weight, etc. I think that probably sticking to a hcrv life style will help you a lot.

im fully aware of protein in nuts i like nuts . im not sure if anyone else here is having to bring up a child but ull find if you cannot even get off the bed an faint every 10min  its not real good for the child is it? so these are my symptoms an the blood test confirms levels gone down .i dont believe ive said i should stop this lifestyle but i have asked what sort of changes i can make ..an so far noone has suggested any thin that im not already doing .

actuallyi had blackouts before i went an got the lab tests an suddenly no energy to stand i was fainting while sitting down so i went and had the blood tests an yes they confirmed all levels going down .an these symptoms only started week ago

Ok Ves Lauder thank you for telling me your health history. I think you did well in visiting a naturopath, in general I understood you improved your health because at least you can do a little bit of exercise , you are not bedridden anymore and you can walk. Interesting you noticed this changes after you changed your diet to a raw vegan life style, but you are worried because of the lab tests. First of all I have to tell you that the lab tests are only a tool for a health professional to confirm what he or she thinks in  the patient, it is meant to be based on the average population, but we are not all equal even thought when you study the human body you will learn some lab values, some people won't be inside the average and it doesn't mean they are bad or that the patient has a disease. For example a patient could have low heart rate  and it doesn't mean he is in shock, maybe he or she is an athlete and you have to know that athletes have physiologic bradycardia(which means that their heart rate is lower than the average and it is normal for them) so it is really important that you evaluate the whole situation as a whole and not only as lab tests. On the other hand I think that it is important you try to follow this life style as much as you can I may say at least 99%, it means high carb raw vegan and low fat and protein content. You should remember that nuts have a content of protein and that the vegan life style in general try to follow a high carb , low fat , low protein diet, because it has been proven that all canceres , many diseases and most of inflammatory diseases( the one you probably have) are exacerbated when we consume a diet rich in fat and protein content. And that the amount of protein we consume is more than we should that is why fruit and vegetables are a good source of protein because they give as the amount we need. So if you have an underlying disease related to malabsorption of proteins and you give to your gut, grains which have proteins you are just making more fire where you don't want to have it. So I would recommend you to not be afraid to follow this life style and trust your body improvement and see how you progress. just telling my history at age 8 i had broncholi pneumonia,lung collapsed but went up again, then constant flu s throughout life .

Hello Ange,  always been into healthy lifestyle, i went onto the raw food lifestyle as i had cfs for yrs ,adrenal exhaustion of cause firstly i went an seen convential doctors only to have them tell me there is nothing we ca n do ,so as i wasnt goin to resign to ending up in a wheel chair i went an visited a naturopath an thankfully i can walk again. ofcause  iwas eating chicken n meat as ive always had trouble with iron the naturopath tols me its because i have difficulty absorbing protein digesting  better word . wasnt givern a particular name for it . but before i had cfs  i first had severe anaemia ,then golden staph then streplococcus of the throat .
